How the cutover ran

The Shopify store stayed live and untouched while the new store was built. Staff workflows, the storefront, and the compliance logic were rebuilt on a private Crost Commerce deployment dedicated to the store. Traffic moved only after the new store was proven, and Shopify stayed available as a fallback.
