These terms cover use of crost.ai as of 9 October 2026. They are a plain description of the site, not a substitute for a signed agreement.

The site

The pages describe Crost's custom-tool work, Crost Commerce, and store migrations. They are information. Sending a form, or reading a page, does not make you a client.

Inquiries

You agree that what you submit is yours to share. We use it to reply, as the privacy policy says. A project starts only when both sides agree the scope in writing. There is no public price list.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. Migration proof on the site describes work already done for one retailer. It is not a guarantee that another store will see the same result.

Not legal advice

The pages are general information about software and ecommerce operations. They are not legal or compliance advice. Rules for selling age-restricted products, including age verification, shipping restrictions, and taxes, depend on the products and the places you sell to, and they remain the merchant's responsibility.
