Who we are

Crost operates crost.ai. The contact address is [email protected].

What the form collects

The contact form asks for your name, email, an optional company, and a message. A store-migration inquiry also asks for the store URL, an annual revenue range, a product-count range, and the current platform. A hidden field exists only to catch automated submissions and is not used as a contact detail.

Why we collect it

We use those details to reply to the inquiry. We do not add you to a newsletter, and we do not sell the information. Inquiry mail goes to the Crost team.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-JGNE45MBDL) to count visits to public pages. It sets cookies in your browser (named _ga and _ga_*) and sends the page address, your approximate location, and device details to Google. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page loads without cookies. You can block Google Analytics with your browser's privacy settings or Google's opt-out browser add-on, and the site works the same either way.

What else the site uses

• Page copy is stored in Sanity and rendered by this site.
• The site is served from our host, with Cloudflare in front of it.

How long we keep it, and your choices

Inquiry emails are kept as ordinary business correspondence. Email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted.
